6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client. However, Faster retains the right to showcase the work for portfolio purposes.

Faster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that caused the issue.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with prior written notice if the other party breaches any of its obligations. Upon termination, the client will pay for any completed services or work delivered up until the termination date.
